Representative Salud Carbajal

Before becoming the representative for CA-24, Salud Carbajal had career spanning decades of public service: eight years in the Marine Corps Reserve and twelve years as the county supervisor for Santa Barbara County. In what was his first time running for Congress, these spots did a really nice job of not only introducing voters to Carbajal, but showing how he would use his life experiences to best serve the people of his district.

Congressman Carbajal went on to win in 2016 and won again in 2018 (which I worked a bit on). He is still in office doing wonderful things for the people of CA-24, so I hope he spends many more years in Congress.
